Welcome to the A.C.E. Before and After School Program serving families of River Vale, Hillsdale, Emerson and Norwood.

Below you will find an attachment with your district name. Please click on the link to view our registration forms.

The packet is 30 pages; however, you will only be submitting 5-6 pages (all noted on the first page of the packet).

Please note the first deadline of July 26, 2024 to avoid a late fee and the final deadline of August 16, 2024. Any packets received after this date will delay your child's enrollment by a week (meaning, your child is not able to start our program on the first day of school).

ALL FORMS MUST BE MAILED-NO FAXED OR SCANNED FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. As well, if your forms are sent in incomplete (this includes: missing registration fee/credit card information/check payment if preferred method of payment), you will not be considered enrolled until all information is received.

A few things to keep in mind when filling out the forms:
*1-PLEASE FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS ON THE FIRST PAGE-THIS TELLS YOU WHICH FORMS WE NEED BACK FOR A COMPLETED ENROLLMENT
2- NO SCANNED OR FAXED FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED
3-You can put all children on one form-just please note which child has allergies if applicable
*4-Even if you are unsure about the days needed for next school year, submit your form to secure a spot. We can make changes throughout the summer. I rather you have a spot and make changes later
*5-Same goes for medical forms. You can submit the packet without the proper medical forms (EpiPen/Inhale etc., not Universal Health Forms) We have all summer to get them. Again, get your spot!
6-You will receive a confirmation email once the forms have been received for your records
